Centuries of London in a Few Square Miles
Roof Hawk has carried out drone roof surveys on thousands of properties across Central London, from individual homes and managed buildings to major commercial portfolios and some of the capital’s best-known buildings.
Few parts of the city fit so much into so few streets. Georgian squares, theatres, markets, mansion blocks and social housing sit beside Wren churches, the Barbican and the newest towers in the City, many on street patterns laid out centuries ago.
Seen from above, it is one of our favourite parts of London to survey. Behind the façades are mansard roofs, hidden courtyards, lead valleys and ornate parapets that no one sees from the pavement, on everything from Soho townhouses to historic and complex buildings.

How it works
See the Areas You Can’t See From the Ground
A drone roof survey gives you a close, detailed view of the parts of a roof that are difficult to inspect from below.
One of our CAA-qualified pilots carefully captures the roof and any areas you want us to look at using high-quality professional drones. You receive clear 4K video and still images, ready to review and share.
No ladders or scaffolding simply to get a view, and no need for someone to risk damaging the roof by walking across it just to inspect it. We take care of the flight planning and permissions too, including restricted flight zones across London.

All Permissions Handled for You
Central London contains some of the UK’s most complex operating environments for drones. Depending on the exact site, flights can involve controlled or restricted airspace and additional aviation permissions.
