CAA-Qualified Pilots · PDRA01‑27664 From terraced houses to the Houses of Parliament A city built in layers
From Inner London Streets to Riverside and Suburbs
Roof Hawk has completed hundreds of drone roof surveys across South West London, working with homeowners, buyers, surveyors, property managers, contractors and larger organisations across the area.
Victorian terraces, mansion blocks and social housing in Battersea, Clapham and Brixton give way to the riverside streets of Putney and Barnes, the town centres of Richmond and Kingston, and the larger suburban homes of Wimbledon and Sutton.
With the Thames running through it, South West London has a character of its own, and it is a part of the city we love working across. Dense terraces with complex rear roofs in the inner neighbourhoods open out into larger and more varied roofs further from the centre.

How it works
See the Areas You Can’t See From the Ground
A drone roof survey gives you a close, detailed view of the parts of a roof that are difficult to inspect from below.
One of our CAA-qualified pilots carefully captures the roof and any areas you want us to look at using high-quality professional drones. You receive clear 4K video and still images, ready to review and share.
No ladders or scaffolding simply to get a view, and no need for someone to risk damaging the roof by walking across it just to inspect it. We take care of the flight planning and permissions too, including restricted flight zones across London.
-

We can provide the imagery on its own, or arrange professional review by an experienced roofing contractor or chartered surveyor, depending on what you need.

All Permissions Handled for You
Some parts of South West London can involve more complex aviation requirements, particularly around London Heliport at Battersea and other controlled London airspace. The exact requirements depend on the individual property and flight location.
