A Part of London Shaped by Change
Roof Hawk has completed hundreds of drone roof surveys across East London for homeowners, buyers, surveyors, property managers, contractors, councils and larger organisations.
Victorian terraces and old East End streets in Hackney and Bethnal Green sit beside converted warehouses, social housing estates and the towers of Canary Wharf, while further out Walthamstow, Ilford and Romford each have a character of their own.
Few parts of London have changed as visibly, and that is what makes it so interesting to survey. From above you can read that history in the roofs, from slate terraces and old industrial buildings to the flat roofs and plant decks of modern developments.

How it works
See the Areas You Can’t See From the Ground
A drone roof survey gives you a close, detailed view of the parts of a roof that are difficult to inspect from below.
One of our CAA-qualified pilots carefully captures the roof and any areas you want us to look at using high-quality professional drones. You receive clear 4K video and still images, ready to review and share.
No ladders or scaffolding simply to get a view, and no need for someone to risk damaging the roof by walking across it just to inspect it. We take care of the flight planning and permissions too, including restricted flight zones across London.
-

We can provide the imagery on its own, or arrange professional review by an experienced roofing contractor or chartered surveyor, depending on what you need.

All Permissions Handled for You
Parts of East London can involve more complex aviation requirements, particularly around London City Airport and the Docklands area. The exact requirements depend on the individual property and flight location.
