CAA-Qualified Pilots · PDRA01‑27664 From terraced houses to the Houses of Parliament A city built in layers
From Historic London to Hills, Heaths and Suburbs
Roof Hawk has completed hundreds of drone roof surveys across South East London, working with homeowners, buyers, surveyors, property managers, contractors and larger organisations across the area.
Victorian terraces, converted houses and social housing in Peckham, Bermondsey and Deptford give way to Georgian Greenwich and Blackheath, the hills around Forest Hill and Crystal Palace, and the suburban streets of Bromley, Bexley and Croydon.
The hills and heaths make South East London one of the most interesting parts of the city to see from the air. The roofs change street by street, from Victorian slate and chimney stacks to estates, schools and larger commercial buildings.

How it works
See the Areas You Can’t See From the Ground
A drone roof survey gives you a close, detailed view of the parts of a roof that are difficult to inspect from below.
One of our CAA-qualified pilots carefully captures the roof and any areas you want us to look at using high-quality professional drones. You receive clear 4K video and still images, ready to review and share.
No ladders or scaffolding simply to get a view, and no need for someone to risk damaging the roof by walking across it just to inspect it. We take care of the flight planning and permissions too, including restricted flight zones across London.
